Village Hotel Wirral Bromborough

This hotel is a hidden gem set in an industrial park, providing a unique and quiet atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were all in place, and our room, complete with a super king-size bed, was comfortable and spacious. The inclusive breakfast was a great addition, with piping hot and fresh options to start the day.

Just a minor issue that could be improved upon.

The location of the hotel near the retail park made it convenient for shopping and entertainment. the surrounding area was relatively calm and peaceful, offering a respite from the busy Wirral village.

Obliging staff on shift, luxurious, spotless rooms. Marvellous, favourable location in Bromborough, next to Ness Gardens, the shops, Really close to chester zoo blue reef.

I loved rooms and food here. Late check-out was useful. The restaurant was nice, I tried warm dishes.

Friendly staff, efficient check-in, clean room, comfortable bed. Great location, close to amenities, and a variety of dining options nearby. Enjoyed a delicious room service dinner with authentic Italian cuisine. Definitely recommend to others.

It was clean and effective place, had second to none staff and food. We ate in the great restaurant in the reception area which was well priced.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were all so pleasant and friendly, especially the tall lady with the bob haircut and the young man at the reception area. They were incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the father girls in the dining room were so nice. The whole place, including the pool and bar, dining room, and the gorgeous Starbucks, was so clean. The location was also great, as it was close to other places I wanted to visit.

Everything was good, had an excellent stay. Staff were accommodating, room was well-organised. Easy check-in was a bonus. Easy access to Liverpool John Lennon airport, within 0.5 km.

The rooms were tidy and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The greeting on arrival was warm and informative, making me feel welcomed. The facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were easily accessible and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and served with great customer service. I had a lovely stay at Village Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Staff were delightfully helpful, hotel was clean, set in great area right by the shops and restaurants, art gallery, garden centre and pub, pub.

We had a really lovely time here. Air conditioned and comfortable bedrooms, savoury breakfast. Everything was excellent, nevertheless a few employees were busy. Hotel was fairly clean. Unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and pubs.

The Village Hotel Wirral in Bromborough exceeded our expectations. The bar was inviting, the room was spacious, and the staff were lovely. The complimentary champagne for our anniversary was a delightful touch. The Italian restaurant offered amazing food and the waiter provided exceptional service. The leisure facilities were a great addition, and the proximity to the train station made it convenient for exploring.
